Wing Chun Tai Chi
Wing Chun and Tai Chi are ancient Chinese martial arts. Wing Chun emphasizes practicality, efficiency, and economy of movement. Tai Chi emphasizes balance, structure, and energy flow. This course will present the Yang Tai Chi sequence from a Wing Chun perspective. By applying the Wing Chun principles to the Tai Chi sequence, the benefits of increased coordination, energy, balance, and self-confidence will be gained.
