Country Living Magazine Fair

The pages of Country Living Magazine come to life at the Country Living Fair in New York's beautiful Hudson Valley. There are lots of things for you to do and try. Browse antiques, artisans, home, harvest, and so much more. Enjoy unique shopping at over 200 booths with distinctive displays of vintage and up-cycled goods, handcrafted jewelry and clothing, charming home décor, and original garden items. Be sure to visit the Specialty Food Market and the Country Living General Store. Meet the editors of Country Living Magazine, see artisan demonstrations, attend seminars, observe how-tos, and join in at a make & take. Check the event schedule for cooking shows, crafting demos, and home décor presentations by the editors and their guests. Take a moment to meet some of the special guests when they aren't on stage. Many are happy to sign books. Previous guests included the Fabulous Beekman Boys; Nancy Fuller, TV personality and author of Farmhouse Rules; DIY Network designer Joanne Palmisano; and many more. Grab lunch from one (or some) of the notable food trucks and vendors. You might want to plan some extra for a bus picnic for the ride home. Relax for a few minutes more while listening to the toe-tapping live music. Subscriptions to Country Living Magazine are specially discounted when purchased at one of the Fair's many subscription locations. The fair takes place on the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck NY, rain or shine. All exhibitions will be under cover in barns and tents. You have free time to enjoy the fair at your own pace and to indulge your own personal interests (approximately five hours). Travel time is 3-1/2 hours one way from West Goshen. Both times are dependent on traffic. Brief rest stop both ways. If making pre-paid reservations for attractions OYO (on your own), please check a few days after registration deadline to verify trip will run. Cost includes fair admission, driver gratuity, and climate-controlled restroom-equipped motorcoach transportation.
