BARRE FIT focuses on total body toning, sculpting, mobility and joint flexibility. Standing sequences using rhythmic isometrics in a full range of motion will help you feel stronger and more balanced. Muscle lengthening through stretching is also involved. Wear comfy cloths, barefoot, socks, or ballet slippers.
