Yoga Stretch with Ingrid Guthrie
Yoga Stretch releases your body's natural feel-good chemicals. It helps to protect against arthritis. It helps to ease the pain of arthritis. Stretching keeps the muscles and tendons from shortening which happens with age without stretching. Yoga is scientifically proven to be excellent for the body, mind, and spirit. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. Both Tuesday and Thursday classes are recommended for continued flexibility and greater comfort of movement.
