Get It Back! With Group Personal Training
Do you need to “get it back” – back to the way it was, the way you were? With these simple, functional, empowering classes, you can get back to enjoying those fun recreational pursuits, achieving your weight goals, and having more energy and stamina. Get It Back Training is based on functional fitness -- that is, integrating muscle groups to move together to perform exercise tasks, resulting in increased strengthening for the core (trunk) muscles and stabilizing joints. It's the key to a pain-free and injury-free body! Class includes TRX suspension equipment.
