Aqua Aerobics (Lifetime Fitness) at St. Mary's in Elverson

This total body workout makes creative use of water's buoyancy and resistance to give you maximum results with minimum risk of injury. Each class consists of a water walking warm-up, aerobics, and conditioning exercises including aqua abdominals. All exercises are specially designed to trim and tone the body, improve aerobic endurance and increase flexibility.
