Tai Chi: An Introduction to the Ancient Art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan
Spirit is the governor of life. Energy is the force of life. The body is the temple of life. If any one of these goes off balance, all three are damaged. Tai Chi, an ancient exercise originating in China, is over 2,000 years old. It is designed to bring the body, mind & spirit into balance. In doing so, it preserves your health, cures diseases (e.g. arthritis, joint pain, balance & coordination problems, improves flexibility, etc.), prolongs your life. develops your physical strength & promotes a strong mind (eliminates depression) and improves your overall quality of life. Join us. This course offers an excellent introduction to Tai Chi in a very supportive atmosphere. Classes meet twice weekly: Wed (6:30-7:30pm) and Sat (9:00-10:00am). Join us.
