Chester County Night School

Experience the Skycastle French Hounds -- NEW!

You don't have to go to England or France to witness a Downtown Abbey style hunt with a pack of foot bassets. Founded in Chester Springs, PA in 1948 , the Skycastle French Hounds is the oldest continously active Basset pack in the United States. CCNS is proud to offer this exclusive visit to the Brandywine Red Clay Alliance in beautiful Chester County. You will learn about the history of the club and hounds on foot in the region, then get to see and follow the pack hunting on the property, rain or shine. Families welcome. A full afternoon tea is included at the conclusion. Hiking shoes or boots, jeans and tough jackets recommended. Full tea to be held at the Brandywine Red Clay Alliance Conference Center.
