Help my Knees
Strengthening the thighs, butt, and abs can dramatically help the functioning of the knee. Using the pilates reformer lets you do this work without your body weight on your knee while stretching those tight muscles as well. Great for those considering knee replacement or post physical therapy. Class limit 5.
