Aqua Spinning & Tone
Enjoy in-water spinning on aquatic stainless steel bikes. Improve energy with great cardio and improve leg, trunk and arm strength. Classes are designed for all levels of intensity: triathlon cross training, sport specific training, burning calories and weight loss. A fantastic workout, for anyone regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated. No swim skills necessary. Moderate to High Intensity Level Class. Spinning TIPS for new riders: www.aquaticsis.com. Certified Aquatics Is Inc Staff Instructors Participants must wear pool shoes. *Bathing suits, bike shorts, sport tops, board shorts all suitable attire. PLEASE ARRIVE at least 15 minutes early for first class.
