Yogalates on the Reformer
This class is a delightful blend of yoga and pilates on the reformer. If you want to increase flexibility and improve your yoga postures, this could be the class for you. The reformer allows the joints to improve a range of movement without the full impact of body weight. Internal focus and breathing are core components. Contrology and yoga both help the student to practice being present in the here and now. Boxes, poles, bands and balls will be some of the props used. Class size limited to 6.
