Build a strong, well balanced foundation for all aspects of life with Yang Style Tai Chi – a low-impact, weight-bearing, aerobic yet relaxing exercise. Relieve stress, improve balance and learn to move around your center. Following a relaxed pace, you will enhance your focus and balance, energize your spirit, and harness your internal Chi energy.
