Owls Up Close- Virtual!
Owls Up Close Meet various species of Pennsylvania owls to learn about their unique adaptations for survival. Discussion focusing on the feathers, wings and other fascinating features of owls will help us understand how these nocturnal hunters fit into their world, and why humans have been fascinated with them for thousands of years. All birds are non-releasable due to injuries sustained in the wild, and now serve as educational ambassadors. Course taught by Environmental Educator Dawn White, of Indian Run Environmental Education Center. Zoom Instructions: Instructor will email all registrants on the day of class with a zoom link!
