ntermediate Kettlebell class This class is for anyone experienced in Kettlebell training. This class will challenge your balance, cardio and strength levels. The class is designed to explain and teach the 7 important kettlebell moves(exercises), however the workout will have individuals completing the moves in the form of a circuit, supersets and possibly giant sets. The goal is to give the clients a good workout that will challenge their level of fitness, while improving their endurance and energy and toning their bodies. Kettlebell bell class requirements: 1.
