3 Ways To Register.

#1: Register Online

Online registration is fast, easy and secure. It is the preferred method of registration. Please note: you must have an online account with CCLL in order to register online. Please see instructions on our home page regarding account setup. To register, look up a course(s), add it to your enrollment cart and make the payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your payment is processed.

#2: Register by Mail

Click here for a Registration Form to print out and mail. Be sure to enclose a check or money order payable to Chester County Lifelong Learning, or supply your credit card number, expiration date and signature. Please use a separate form and separate check for each course and each person attending. If you're enrolling with a friend, please enclose all registration forms and checks in the same envelope.

#3: Register by Phone (starting February 15th)

Have your course selections and credit card ready, and call 610-692-1964 during business hours (phone registrations taken after Feb. 15th) and our registration personnel will be happy to assist you. Our business hours are: Monday - Friday: 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. If our phone lines are busy, please do not hesitate to leave a short message on voicemail and we will return your call shortly.

Registration Fee

We charge a $5 per person/per term registration fee to offset administrative expenses. This fee covers as many classes as you would like to take per term. This fee is non-refundable.

Course Sell-outs and Cancellations

Sell-Outs: If your course is filled, you may choose to be put on a waiting list to be notified if a spot opens up. You are under no obligation. Course Cancellations: If there is insufficient enrollment, Chester County Lifelong Learning reserves the right to cancel the course. You will be notified and your money will be returned promptly.

Withdrawals

If you cannot attend a course, you may qualify for a credit voucher for your full tuition by notifying the Office in writing at least three (3) days prior to the first class. You may email your request to: helpdesk@chestercountynightschool.org or mail it to Chester County Lifelong Learning, 101 E. Gay St., Unit 40, West Chester, PA 19380. No telephone withdrawals will be accepted. The date the notice is received will be considered the date of withdrawal. Credit vouchers are valid for a year from issue date.

Refunds

Refunds will be given only if Chester County Lifelong Learning cancels a course. Refunds cannot be issued for classes missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies or any other event beyond our control.

Children Accompanying Adults

Our classes are designed for participants who are ages 16 and older. Children may not accompany their parents to classes unless the course description specifies parent/child participation.

Weather Cancellations

In the event of severe inclement weather, we follow school district closings for weather cancellations. You may also call the Chester County Lifelong Learning phone message at 610-692-1964 for information regarding cancellations or check our website home page at www.cclifelearn.org. Note: If your class is held in a non-school location, contact your instructor to determine if your class has been cancelled.

Make-ups

Classes postponed by instructor, school district, or extreme weather conditions will be made up.

COVID Policy

CCLL follows strict guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our students and instructors. We encourage participants to be vaccinated, however we will not formally request proof of vaccination. CCLL follows the policies of the school districts where our classes are hosted. If the districts require masks in the classroom, then we will abide by their rules. Offsite locations and businesses will individually determine their policies and communicate directly to their students. Note: This policy is subject to change given current health conditions and Pennsylvania policy.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the schools or on school property.

Accessibility

Most Chester County Lifelong Learning classes are handicapped accessible. If you have questions, notify the Office upon registration.

School Site Coordinators

Staff Site Coordinators are on duty in the lobby of our primary school locations. They will direct you to your room location and assist you with any other needs or requests. Well-lit parking lots are available at each of these locations.

Gift Certificates

Looking for a unique gift idea for that person on your list who enjoys keeping mind, body, and soul active and engaged all year-round? Gift Certificates in any amount (minimum $25) are available.

Code of Conduct

It is the responsibility of all CCLL instructors and students to: Foster an education community supportive of continued learning; Maintain the safety and welfare of all members in our community; and Respect the rights of others, engage in civil discourse, and refrain from harassment or discrimination. CCLL reserves the right to remove instructors and students who engage in any disruptive, disrespectful, and/or unlawful behaviors.

Liability

Students take courses at their own risk and agree to waive and release Chester County Lifelong Learning staff, board members and instructors from any and all claims. Chester County Lifelong Learning cannot be responsible for personal property in school buildings. The opinions and recommendations expressed by instructors are personal. Chester County Lifelong Learning is not responsible for their views.
