Irish Dance Fitness Camp
Grab your ghillies(or sneakers!) and learn a jig. Irish Dance Fitness Camp will include introduction to basic Irish dancing. Stay active this summer and learn individual dances and dance to both traditional and pop music! Camp will focus on Irish dance, cardio, strength building, healthy habits, and yoga! Each day will end with some mindfulness training and meditation!
