Gentle "Boot Camp" Workout
Instructor: Sue Roggio, Lifetime Fitness instructor
It's back to basics with "boot camp"-style calisthenics and strengthening exercises -- but without the shouting and frenetic pace! All students will be encouraged to work at a level that is comfortable for them, with the goal of improving overall strength and fitness. A perfect class for every age and ability, as everyone seeks his or her own level of improvement.
