Yoga for Every Body-Time Change
This class is a gentle yoga class for women with every body type. Class includes stretching and movement that is accessible to Every Body, and not just for the fit, firm and flexible. Class designed for women with the more rounded body and achy joints. Class will include stretching, strength building, and relaxation.
