Chair Yoga Mix
This class is designed specifically for those with physical limitations. Modifications are always offered so that the needs of each student are met. Students move through postures while seated in a chair and also while standing while using the chair for support and balance as needed. The class also places an emphasis on fostering greater mind body awareness. This is a 60 minute class.
