Intro to Irish Dance
During the introduction to Irish Dance, your child will learn the basic technique involved in Irish dancing, different moves and basic dances. Introduction to Irish Dance will combine cardio exercises, strength building exercises, stretching (beginning and ending with yoga) and fun! During this camp your child will have the opportunity to learn some traditional Irish dances as well those to pop music! Both ceili (group) and solo dances will be taught. Socks and sneakers will take the place of ghillies and hard shoes during this introductory class! For ages 6 to 9.
