Yoga Barre with Ingrid Guthrie
Using the traditional barre for support and balance, Yoga Barre moves will help to deepen your stretching and well help to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body. Yoga is scientifically proven to be excellent for the body, mind, and spirit. This class starts and ends on the mat so bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.
