This is a total body AQUATIC fitness experience without joint stress. 45 minute classes designed to challenge men and women to improve their cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone and strength, flexibility, core and trunk strength, agility, balance and speed. Embrace the awesome power of water, have fun, and get fit. All equipment supplied. Excellent class for women and men. Moderate to high intensity level class. NOTE: This class meets twice/week.
