An Introduction to the Ancient Art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan
Tai Chi, an ancient exercise originating in China, is over 2,000 years old. It is designed to bring the body, mind & spirit into balance. In doing so, it preserves your health, cures diseases (e.g. arthritis, joint pain, balance & coordination problems, improves flexibility, etc.), prolongs your life. develops your physical strength & promotes a strong mind (eliminates depression) and improves your overall quality of life. Join us. This course offers an excellent introduction to Tai Chi in a very supportive atmosphere.
