Get ready to master traditional Creole cooking and the art of magnifying flavors through layering. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare an authentic Creole menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored creole cooking techniques.
Notes:
Students must be 16 years of age or older. Since food needs to be ordered, there are no withdrawals for this class; you may send a substitute.
