Notes:
Since food needs to be ordered, there are no withdrawals for this class; you may send a substitute. Students must be 16 years of age or older. Also, if you have a food allergy or other dietary restriction the instructor should know about, please email him at least 48 hours prior to class with your information. Email: chef@kitchen-workshop.com and include: 1) name and date of the class you're registered for, and 2) what you cannot eat. We will do our best to accommodate you. Special accommodations cannot be guaranteed if requested on the day of class.
