Chester County Night School

Costa Rica and The Panama Canal

Join us our partner Main Line School Night as they journey thru the historic Panama Canal during a specially arrnaged daylight transit to the unspoiled rainforests of Costa Rica and Panama. Few experiences can match one of the world's most dramatic voyages, a cruise from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic through one of the greatest man-made wonders of the world. Having celebrated its Centennial anniversary just 3 years ago and currently undergoing a monumental expansion doubling its capacity, this 50 mile passage through the narrow isthmus of Panama continues to astonish even today's most veteran traveler. You will visit two UNESCO World Heritage sites along with Panamas' ancient San Blas Islands, where the Guna Indians live much like they did centuries ago. You will tour Frank Gehry's only design in Latin America -- the Panama City's Biodiversity Museum and experience one of our planets' most pristine ecosystems . Fee based on double occupancy. To reserve your space, contact Bonni Shinfeld at bshinfeld@mainlineschoolnight.org or 610-687-0460.
