This class is designed to help moms with babies under 12 months to get back into life. We focus on gentle movements to stretch and tone the postnatal body. Babies are incorporated in the moves when appropriate and encouraged to interact with mom. While we can incorporate baby into the yoga, the little ones are also welcome to eat, sleep, play, etc. Moms with a baby and an older child are also welcome.
