Beginners Mindful Meditation - NEW!
Meditation is not one size fits all. There are many different sytles of meditation, stress relief, mindfulness and so much more. In this course you will learn multiple styles of meditation, and ways to incorporate it into a new daily routine. We'll cover posture, proper breathing techniques, myths, and more!
