Chair Yoga: Strengthen & Stretch-NEW!
All fitness levels will benefit from this unique workout, including those who have difficulty getting down on the floor in typical yoga classes. Using both seated and standing exercises and postures , we will target all portions of the body, improving mobility, strength, balance, circulation and respiration. All movement will be coordinated with mindful breathing, resulting in clarity of mind and calmness of spirit. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. No mat is needed, but bare feet are encouraged.
