Yoga for Every Body
(Beginners) Yoga for Every Body is a gentle yoga class for women with every body type. Class includes stretching and movement that is accessible to Every Body, and not just for the fit, firm and flexible. Class designed for those with more rounded body and achy joints. Class will include stretching, strength building, and relaxation.
