Chester County Night School


This is class is for those wanting to challenge their fitness level and first time to kettlebells. This is a class designed to teach the 7 primary kettlebell moves while safely coaching individuals with hip, back, knee, shoulder pain or injury. Strengthen muscles improves your endurance and energy, while toning your body. Class requirements: 1. Kettlebells or dumbbells 2. A mat 3. Any object you can handle safely and has some weight to it.
