Tribute to Tuna - Status: class being held
Albacore, Skipjack, Bigeye, Yellowfin - no matter your preference, there's no denying the elegance of an entree made with fresh tuna. Whether slightly sauteed or chopped over vibrant greens, tuna is one of America's favorite types of fish. In our Tribute to Tuna, Chef Jarrett will share tips and techniques on choosing, cleaning and cooking tuna. Menu: Tuna Salad Nicoise; Coriander Crusted Tuna; Asian Tuna Summer Rolls; Tuna Tartare; Fresh Tuna Burgers.
