Foods containing good bacteria such as yogurt and kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and pickles support the immune system through healthy digestion. Student favorite, Chef Ann-Michelle, will use a variety of gut-friendly foods to treat your tummy, and taste buds, to the good stuff. Class will feature recipes that are vegetarian friendly. Menu: Mixed Green and Roasted Beet Salad with Kimbucha-Flax Seed Vinaigrette; Quinoa-Chickpea Burger with Homemade Pickled Vegetables and Tzatziki Sauce and more!
