Cooking seafood at home may seem daunting, but there's the things about shrimp; they are so easy to make! The effort-to-reward ratio is high with this particular seafood. Even pulled straight from the freezer, you can have a platter of quick sauteed shrimp in 15 minutes. In this demonstration class Chef Jarrett offers a primer on his favorite crustacean. Menu: Shrimp Cocktail; Shrimp Scampi; Traditional Shrimp Boil; Savory Grilled Shrimp.
