Easy Spin - Just Cruisin'
***Beginners to advanced riders welcome. Spin at your level and challenge your cardio fitness, trunk strength and endurance. The perfect way to stay motivated and in shape during the Winter season. Easy spin classes emphasize the safety of your joints and spine while you enjoy the warm water and spinning experience. This class offers a great combination of an easy to moderate intensity ride and a strength/tone segment. Perfect for all ages and designed to improve movement and strength as well as stamina.
