Tai Chi: An Introduction to the Ancient Art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan
Tai Chi, an ancient set of exercises originating in China, is over 2,000 years old. Its slow movements are designed to bring your body, mind & spirit into balance & harmony. In doing so, it preserves your health, cures diseases (e.g arthritis, joint pain, poor balance & coordination, lack of flexibility, etc.). It also improves & prolongs your quality of life. The balance & harmony Tai Chi brings to your mental & physical state can permeate all aspects of your life. With a relaxed body and a calm mind, you will be better able to cope & overcome the stresses you face on a daily basis. NOTE: Classes meet Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays 9-10 am.
