Eat like a Swede. We will make "gravadlax" cured salmon*, mustard dill sauce, cucumber + fennel salad and an almond tart, then sit down to eat this meal together. *Everyone will bring home a piece of this salmon to finishing curing at home. We will eat one that I have pre-made.
