Marine Navigation is a course which covers the basics of coastal and inland navigation. This course is
for recreational boaters and focuses on the use of GPS, OpenCPN plotter software and manual plotting
techniques. OpenCPN software is free and will be used to teach the use of electronic charting.
Students will need to pay a materials fee of $85 to the instructor at the first class.
