Batter Up: Creative Crêpes
Great new demonstration class featuring crepes, savory and sweet, fillings made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. We will feature use of the original crepe pan and the newer electric version. Menu: Buckwheat Crêpes Wild Mushrooms & Gruyère; Crespelle Ricotta & Marinara; Savory Prosciutto & Gruyere; Dessert Crêpes
