Women's Meditation Circle

Kara Baxter is the founder of Kara Baxter Coaching LLC, creating supportive spaces for women to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through meditation, coaching, retreats, and community events. As a former educator, Kara brings compassion, leadership, and strong communication skills into her work. She is a Certified Life Coach with certifications in grief and trauma support and Reiki, blending mindfulness, energy work, emotional wellness practices, and personal growth tools to help women feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their eveeryday lives.
