This class was so popular in the fall that I decided to do it again? Let's travel the globe through our food and experience the wonderful flavors of Ethiopia. We will be making their Vegan Beyaynetu which translates to "a bit of every type." Served on Injera, their naturally gluten free flatbread. We will make Misir Wat (spicy red lentils), Gomen (spiced Greens), Kik Alicha (yellow split peas), and Atkilt Wot (potatoes, carrots & cabbage). Some of these dishes contain a fair amount of heat, so if your tolerance is 1 out of 5, then this class is not for you. We will finish with tropical fruit for dessert. This class takes place in my Malvern home. We will cook together and eat together. Directions will be sent a week prior to class.
