Chair Yoga Mix- session 2

This class is designed specifically for those with physical limitations. Modifications are always offered so that the needs of each student are met. Students move through postures while seated in a chair and also while standing while using the chair for support and balance as needed. The class also places an emphasis on fostering greater mind body awareness. Please note this class is available online via ZOOM (invite will be sent prior to start of classes) or in-person. Pls note there is one flight of steps leading up to the studio. Wendy is a health and wellness professional, holding a BS degree in Exercise Science from Temple University. She is duel licensed as Massage Therapist and Ethetician in Pennsylvania. Wendy's movement classes are thoughtfully designed with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, ensuring safe and effective movement. Her creative approach incorporates diverse techniques to promote strength, flexibility, and balance while prioritizing injury prevention anbd individual needs. With her guidance, each class is engaging and empowering, helping participants build confidence and resilience in their bodies.
