Back to Basics class: In this 3-week course, we will cover some of the fundamentals and skills that are useful in the kitchen while we make and eat delicious food together. Week 1: Japanese Cucumber Salad, Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Cold Sesame Noodles; WEEK 2: Creamy Tuscan Chicken; Mashed Potatoes; Caesar Salad WEEK 3: Spaghetti Marinara; Italian Chopped Salad; Garlic Bread. Each week we will cook and eat together. All recipes are egg, dairy and gluten free and organic wherever possible.
