Reiki I Certification

Reiki is a safe, gentle, hands-on healing technique that anyone can learn to use on themselves as well as others. This beneficial energy healing method is based on the Asian concept of universal life-force energy that flows with the intent to harmonize, heal, and balance holistically all aspects of a person- mind, body, and spirit. In this course, you will learn about the healing benefits, methods, and applications of the Mikao Usui System of Reiki Healing. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion that you can use as proof of attendance if you wish to further your training with Reiki Level II. Please note that there are no attunements or symbols given in Reiki Level I. The only prerequisite is to bring an open mind and a willingness to learn, practice, and participate in this amazing and transformative healing modality. Materials fee of $30.00 includes a hardcopy of Reiki, The Healing Touch First and Second-Degree Manual by William Lee Rand, and handouts. In this course, you will: • Learn about the history and elements of Reiki, • Meditate on the principles of Reiki, • Develop an understanding of the chakras and energy system of the body, • Practice the hand positions for self-treatment, • Discover how to incorporate Reiki into your daily life, • Enhance your connection to the universal life force energy.
