Yoga for everyonel is an inclusive in person class that welcomes participants of every skill level, fostering a supportive atmosphere. Enjoy a harmonious mix of movement and breathwork tailored to enhance flexibility, build strength , and promote mindfulness with modifications to ensure comfort and accessibilty for all. Danielle has been teaching yoga since 2005 and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others.
