Beginning Cheese Making

Come out to our farm, meet our animals, and learn how to make fresh ricotta and cheese spread. You'll have the opportunity to mix 2 of your own varieties of cheese spread and make ricotta (both to take home). You'll also sample a selection of our sheep milk cheeses and learn a bit about the history of cheesemaking and the basics of this wonderful food. This is an outdoor event. BYOB. Class takes place at Locust Hollow Sheep Farm.
