Group Sound Healing Meditation

Come together with others for a unique sound experience! Enjoy a time of engagement and participatory learning about the various ways sound can be beneficial. This is then followed by a relaxing sound meditation that includes Cari's vocals along with such instruments as hand drums, sound bowls, tuning forks, and tingshas.
