In this 3-week course, we will cover some of the fundamentals and skills that are useful in the kitchen while we make and eat delicious food together. We will finish each meal with fruit. All recipes are egg, dairy and gluten free and organic wherever possible.
Week 1: Chicken tacos with salsa and Mexican Rice.
Week 2: Roasted Salmon with chimichurri and roasted veggies.
Week 3: Potato Gnocchi with creamy mushrooms. Simple salad with a poppyseed dressing
