Eileen Hazard
Eileen Hazard enjoys inspiring students, homeowners, and communities to connect withnature and create beautiful and functional landscapes. She is the owner of Under theMaple, LLC, a garden education and design business in West Chester, PA. Previously, Eileen ran the community outreach program at Mt. Cuba Center, a botanic garden dedicated tothe conservation of native plants. She has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering andmaster's degree in water resources, has taken plant science and horticulture classes atWest Chester University and Longwood Gardens, is a PA master naturalist, and earned aneco-gardening certification from Mt.
