Intermediate Wheel Thowing - Everthing But the Kitchen Sink - Session 1

Course Description: “This intermediate wheel throwing course focuses on creating a variety of functional ceramic wares for everyday use. Students will build confidence and refine their throwing skills while exploring forms of varying sizes and techniques. Throughout the session, emphasis will be placed on craftsmanship, efficiency, and thoughtful finishing." Additional Info: EXAMPLE COURSE SCHEDULE: Week 1: Salt cellars, Spoon rests, Garlic graters. Week 2: Pair of cups, Mugs. Week 3: Bowls, Berry bowls/Herb strippers. Week 4: Matcha bowls and whisk holders. Week 5: Glazing, clean up, etc. Supplies= All Supplies included, please bring a towel and an apron. Includes use of community tools and 25lbs. of clay.
